From Dorval-Trudeau airport:
- Taxi : The ride takes 25 minutes and fare is approx. 42 $.
- The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) runs an express bus line ("# 747") between the airport and downtown. The 747 line uses only low-floor buses and is in service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The trip between Montréal-Trudeau Airport and the Montréal bus terminal at Berri-UQAM metro station takes approximately 35 minutes outside of rush hour. The service stops at Lionel-Groulx metro station, and along Boulevard René-Lévesque at Guy, Drummond, Peel, Mansfield, Anderson and Saint-Laurent.
The 747 is free for holders of CAM and TRAM monthly passes, and for holders of 1 or 3-day tourist passes. Individual tickets valid for 24 hours across the entire STM network are also available, priced at $8 for a one-way trip. At the airport, tickets are sold at the International Currency Exchange (ICE) counter on the international arrivals level.

From New England (New York or Boston)
- From highway 89, 91 or 10 use champlain bridge over the Saint-Lawrence River.
- First exit to your right after the bridge, follow the north shore of Saint-Lawrence River you will be arriving on University street.
- Drive north 5 blocks.
- Make a right on "Avenue des Pins".
- Turn left on "Avenue du Parc" north.
- Keep driving and turn right on Mont-Royal avenue.
- Turn right on Saint-Urbain street that is one way one South.

From Toronto or Dorval Airport
- From Highway 401 or 20, take Ville-Marie tunnel.
- Before the end of tunnel, take the exit Saint-Laurent North.
- Turn left on René Lévesque boulevard.
- Turn right on Saint-Laurent boulevard.
- Drive twelve blocks in north direction.
- Turn left on Rachel street.
- At the end of Rachel, turn right on "avenue de L’Esplanade".
- Keep driving in north direction, and turn right on Marie-Anne street.

From Ottawa
- On Highway 40 East direction.
- Take the second exit St Laurent Boulevard South.
- Saint Laurent is becoming Clark Street.
- Clark is becoming Saint Urbain Street in south.

From Québec / By South Shore
- Highway 20 West direction.
- Exit on Jacques-Cartier bridge.
- North direction De Lorimier avenue to Rachel street.
- Turn left on Rachel, and at the end of the street, turn right on "avenue de L’Esplanade".
- Keep driving in north direction, and turn right on Marie-Anne street.

From Québec / By North Shore
- Highway 40 West direction.
